Maisonette Apartments

It is called La Villa and Maria the manager is doing amazing.

I like the apartments I been here over four years they aloud pets small one bedroom I have no issues or problems with anything here it's just perfect for me and my two dogs 👍👍👍❤️ I enjoy it here my rent is a fair price the krs holdings manager Maria is so nice and helpful

My in-laws live here and for the most part it is ok. I believe the rent is to high for such a small apartment. Looks like every apartment is 3 rooms, a combined living room/kitchen, bedroom, and a tiny bathroom. It isn't bad for them since it is just the 2 of them but it doesn't look like the grounds are maintained very well by the owners and even though they are supposed to park by their apartments it seems as though people park wherever they please. There is a lot of potholes (it is gravel) thought the area. People fly through this area instead of slowing down to make sure the rocks do not fly up and hit someone or something. I do not really care for this place.

Nothing but Thugs and wannabe gangbangers that live around there complete run down and unsanitary place to live on the night I moved out my ceiling fell in the area where my bed was placed so I would have got a bath full of sewage water had I not moved out my stuff from time. Not to mention the toilet flooded once a month and flooded the whole apartment nice right? Would not recommend this to anyone especially if you have kids.

Its not the best place to live, but its what you make of it. Its easy to avoid drama and the drug users if you stay to yourself.. roaches and bed bugs are a usual problem (for any apartment complex) but ive lived here for 4 months now and we rarely see roaches and i don't have bed bugs. We stay on top of cleaning.. Its got a bad reputation, but not everyone in them are bad people. Not everyone is on drugs or gang affiliated..Its cheap compared to having separate utilities and bills. I wouldnt look at these apartments as a forever home. Temporary to get into something better. Which is what we are doing. Like i said its not the best, but there are worse places to live. Dont judge.
