The maintenance staff are so pleasant and efficient. Michael was so nice and fixed our issues. I put the request in that morning and he came the same day. Actually everyone we have had conversations/contact with have been so helpful and nice. Joe has been awesome and answered our questions. We are very impressed with our new management. We have been here 7 months and without knowing the property was for sale when we moved in April 4, 2025, in August Masion took over. They have been amazing with the turn over. We have already signed for next year. We love our apartment.

They have been so attentive and fix things in a timely manner for any issues of maintenance on the property in my apartment building. They have been open with communication from the start, for all tenants in regard to the building. 5 stars!! Thanks Maison management!

I’ve rented in Brooklyn, Boston, Burlington VT, Buffalo NY, Providence RI and Western MA. I’ve rented a lot of places, and I can say with certainty this is Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever rented with. More concerned about their commercial renters (restaurants) than they are residential rentals. It’s winter and I’ve had the following issues. 1. My heating ducts are not connected, they are open to a prep kitchen in the basement for a neighboring restaurant so I get no heat (guess I’ve been paying for the kitchen to be heated) and all the smells and sounds of a kitchen (the do a lot of seafood so my place stinks) 2. Rodents - tons of rodents - they have invaded both apartments and cars. I just had $600 worth of damage to my car because of their terrible garbage management and my apartm
