Mainely Property Management

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I was threatened by Zak Mims that I would be evicted from my residence because of asking questions about an upcoming inspection. (Last year we were supposed to have more smoke detectors put in - we only have one- and he never even reached back out to schedule so obviously I had a few questions). I was threatened multiple times that if he couldn’t do the inspection tomorrow we would be served with eviction notices. I tried to call the main office to discuss this with the owner but obviously no one answered. His lack of professionalism is infuriating and uncomfortable. I am thankful I live with my boyfriend otherwise I would feel even more uncomfortable because of Zak. Other employees of Mainely gave me their personal numbers because 1.) Zak never respon

They falsely advertised amenities of a rental property, even after confirming via email and telephone. We arrived at the unit to no air conditioning and no grill. I have still not received my security deposit back from them and when I contacted the owner Tim, he was extremely rude and said that’s not his department. Do not rent from them- they are shady and do bad business. Don’t throw away your money. Update- the owner Tim is still claiming no responsibility over security deposits and is ignoring my phone calls. He claimed he has the office looking into it, only hours later to text me “Dena is sick”. As the owner of a company, it shouldn’t matter who is sick, you service your customers. We already paid a pretty penny to rent from him and now he is refusing to give me back my security dep

I’m currently renting from Mainely. Zach is my landlord and neighbor. He’s been such a nice guy so far. He was really helpful in getting us into an apartment and set up. I’m really glad we found an apartment that is a reasonable price as well. Just wanted to say thanks to these guys!

I have known Zach Mims at Mainely Properties for 30+ years. He always goes above and beyond to get the job done. His generosity and caring nature make the consumer feel at ease. He always makes sure that his tenants feel safe and supported in their environment. I would highly recommend Zach and Mainely Properties to anyone.

I've worked with many property management companies over the years and I must say it is a pleasure to be conducting business with Mainely Property Management. As a property owner that has recently moved out of state, it is with great confidence that I can leave my affairs in the very capable hands of Mainely PM.
