Main Street Renewal - Jacksonville

Luna was amazing today. This is the first tech to come out and address issues that were not on the work order. Other techs have told me I have to put in a work order and have them come back out even though they were at my home and I understand that may be protocol and out of their hands but to have a tech come in and say if there is anything you need while I am here let me know and I will get it done was a breath of fresh air. His energy was amazing, you can tell he enjoys helping others. If I can give him 10 stars I would. He went above what was asked and for that I appreciate him so much.

John was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. He took his time with his work and even gave tips along with simple conversation to pass by the time. Great with painting , fixing door hinges , cleaning out house gutter and so forth. Couldn’t be more grateful for the guy. Thank you John again. “ Residence over Maintenance “ !!!

Wanted to give a big thanks to John. He took great care of us today. We had some issues with heating and cooling and he was straight to the point and did what needed to be fixed in a timely and professional manner. He cleaned our coils and changed our capacitors for us. Great job! Thank you John!

John came by and fixed up our AC unit and changed our filter out. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and educated me on how to better take care of our unit and change out the filters. He worked fast and made sure to examine every part of the service and puts residents first. Thank you John!

Mr. Orr was very polite and helpful. He took the time to address the plumbing issue that I had and able to get a vendor assigned to my case. Fixed my fixtures with easy and diligent care. Thank you for the amazing job.
