I’m calling the city on this company. They allow their tenants to throw loose garbage all over the alley & clearly no one is checking in on the units there.

Main Street real estate is the most unprofessional agency I've ever encountered. The owner and leasing agent fail time after time to work and act professionally. Mainstreet realtor is a slum lord. This realtor takes advantage of people who are vulnerable - they are homeless, living with relatives, or associates. These potential tenents are not offered safe affordable housing; instead they are told that no one else will rent to you - so this is it. They are not treated with any dignity; they are stigmatized by this realtor for there circumstance so that the realtor can feed his pockets while the tenents lives in sqaullor

Please never ever rent from them cause when u move out they will report false information to a credit union I moved because of roaches and mice I paid rent and moved out on the first gave them they keys and everything and they said I would be good 2weeks later my credit report say I owe them 1300 how and when and where I called they are sending all around please I beg u never rent from MAIN STREET REALTOR NONONO TELL EVERYONE PASS THE WORD JIM WILLIAMS WILL SCREW U ALL UP

Very happy, staff was very nice and processed my application fast. I got a good deal on a flat in brand new building on west side. Thanks

They are the most unprofessional people to ever rent from all of the units have roaches and their staff in the office are even worse I rented with this company for 5 years and they gave me a very difficult time when it came down to me moving out of the unit they didn't want to verify me as a tenant and they just kept giving the run around the whole time I have been a faithful tenant for 5 years with no problems and always paying rent on time I will never rent from them again nor refer them to anyone this place of business deserves to be shut down
