Cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about Main Street Management, LLC, their owner, Randy Truitt, and management company representative, William Aelick!! Our HOA neighborhood suffered quite a bit of damage to several homes in our community on Friday, May 16, 2025, when the winds kicked up to about 70 mph. While I assumed that our representative, William, would respond to my emails about such damage on Monday of the following week, he actually contacted me within about five minutes of the first (of many) emails! I was SO impressed with the service that William and MSM gave us - IMPRESSIVE!! And, this is NOT the first time at all!!! MSM has been doing the maintenance on our property near Purdue on University Ave. They have been great to work with and recently went above and beyond to repair a failed water pipe behind a concrete block wall. This was noticed by MSM during the recent winter break. If it had not been found and repaired the result would have been disastrous. Great company with a great team.

Our HOA has been a client of Main Street Management, LLC for many years and we have had an excellent experience with them. They have been an important part to successfully managing our HOA and providing services to our unit owners.

During covid, my husband, the only working person in a family of 7, had a terrible, terrible case of covid and could not work. He also came down with severe pneumonia. He could not work. His company does NOT have sick pay for the general workers or even sick days (very small factory in a small town). We are a family of 7. We received no paychecks for weeks. But Main street management still insisted on their HOA payment! My 80 year old Mother became a very ill (from covid and chronic conditions) brand new widow. What does the HOA do? They demanded payment! I told them of our difficulties. What did they say? Pay up immediately or have the mortgage company called and THE HOA would make absolutely certain my family of 7 had their home taken away and THE HOA was taking us to an attorney. What
