Main Street Management Group

Our neighborhood has gone through multiple community managers in a short time, creating a lack of continuity, information, and basic follow-through. Main Street advertises values like integrity, respect, teamwork, and community — but we have experienced the exact opposite. Communication is consistently poor, and there have been several instances where they denied receiving messages or claimed communication that never actually happened. Other reviews report the same patterns. They rarely visit the community as promised, and ongoing issues like unkept yards, irrigation problems, and general compliance concerns go unresolved despite repeated requests and being highlighted at meetings. Calling this company a "management group" is extremely misleading. Main Street Management Group has neglected the "common area" (that they own) in my neighborhood for literally over two decades! We used to have a community basketball court, but it's been allowed to crumble into dilapidation. There is rampant kudzu that is encroaching on everybody's property, and they refuse to do anything about it. This is a crappy, inconsiderate company that will be experiencing legal issues if they continue to ignore their contractual obligations.

I would give them NO stars if I could. I’ve lived in a community that they manage (and I use that term very loosely) for 15 plus years. They have a long history of never calling back if you have a concern. Recently I had a question that was not answered by our agent. So I called the owner, Kelly. She proceeded to tell me that I was the problem and NEVER took responsibility for her agents NOT returning my calls. This terrible customer service obviously comes from the top and trickles down. NO accountability!! I’ve read some of their reviews & they state similar experiences-unresponsive and little to no follow up & then try they make excuses….i was at a conference, etc. RUN from this group!! We are NOT new to HOA communities. We have been a part of one at our beach community for over 30 year
