**** UPDATE**** This company, and it's owners Todd Racioppi and Jack, not only does stuff improperly in their new construction houses, saying it was done simply cosmetic, but they also try to patch it poorly 3x, wasting my money. After all attempts, they say that they can't do anything else, sorry.
