Doordash delivered to this address incorrectly. The absolute rudest person answered their "automated doorman", and refused to let me get my food from inside. He claimed their people verified that doordash had the correct address and "we never mess up". Maybe it's time you guys hire a real person and not a third party that can't even verify 4 vs 50 Monroe street.

I used to live at this apartment, and my package was delivered here by mistake because my old address is still on file. I came today just to pick it up but after speaking through the intercom, explained everything, I was still denied entry. The person at the front desk wouldn’t even speak to me. I felt like I was being treated as if I was here to steal something, when all I’m trying to do is get my own package.

I have been looking for a new apartment complex in the area and came across this one. I really fell in love with it, but I wanted more information. I’ve been calling since 11 a.m, and my partner stopped by around 4 p.m to ask for assistance, but no one was answering the phones. I was hoping to hear back soon, especially since other complexes have been quick and extremely helpful.

Why is it so hard to get ahold of someone to answer leasing questions? I’ve been trying for over a month to talk to someone. The phone is never answered, I submitted a form online and received an email back with a link to schedule a tour that didn’t work. Very unprofessional.

I love this inclusive community! My neighbors feel like family, and the art gallery in the lobby adds a unique, inspiring touch. You can truly feel the owners’ connection to the community’s mission and values. It’s a wonderful place to call home! Unfortunately, They have a management problem. I lived there for 5 they’ve had 6 different managers during that time. The best manager was the first. They got worse one after the other. Current manager is the main reason I moved. She takes the cake. I was going to get a 3 bedroom and move in with my expanding family but the harassment from the manager made my partner say no to the idea. The community has issues with this tiny person trying to be big on them, treating residents like they work for her, it’s really sick. Speaking with other residents
