I concur with the review below. I have enjoyed my time here, the apartments are nice and the maintenance has been good, no bugs or any of that sort, and its nice that it includes utilities (except for electric), but the BOIP internet is garbage (see note below, this may no longer be an issue). The other, smaller downside is the “gym” is literally two elliptical machines. Edit: They sent us an email recently and they are currently working on swapping BOIP for Skywire… so I would expect better internet service than what I had lol

Have enjoyed my stay here so far, great sized windows, quiet community, and decent space for 1-2 people. In my time, I’ve seen/had NO roaches (with the exception of those summer roaches outdoors, not inside). Management and utilities are great, with the sole exception of internet. Having all utilities included is something I will always appreciate, but this is best when reliable. I almost ask that management looks into alternative ISPs, as the Internet service has only degraded to a new level ever 2-3mths since winter ‘24. When I first arrived, I easily was uploading +60Mbps, now I struggle to get more than 7Mbps. Overall I absolutely enjoyed my time at Main 2323. This was my first apartment and lived there for 5 years. Only reason I moved out is because I moved for a job out of state. I loved that everything is included in rent, except for electric, and there was no monthly pet fee. There is no onsite property manager, but emailing them regarding any issues was easy and they always responded quickly. I rarely had any maintenance issues, but when I did, they responded very very quickly. Maintenance comes and changes the units air filters on a quarterly basis and also provide in-unit pest control. My main issue with the complex was the lack of package security. Although they tried to install more and better lock systems on the exterior doors to the complex, they weren’t always secure. I have lived at Main 2323 for five years, and if I wasn't leaving the state, I would renew my current lease! The space of my apartment was great, the maintenance staff was always friendly and very quick to respond to my maintenance requests, which honestly in five years, I think I only had about four. The area is a great location to downtown, Church Hill, and the Capital Trail. I will definitely miss living in this building!

Cool Richmond vibe. Exposed brick, high ceilings, industrial finishes, awesome area. Super close to nightlife and amenities. Salt water pool is great too. Management is really responsive and the grounds are well kept. Street parking usually isn’t too bad. Worst case, you may have to park a block or two away from the building. However, the floorboards are atrocious. Avoid the first floor if you’re a light sleeper. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes. No amount of white noise and earplugs are blocking it out completely so keep that in mind if you’re considering renting on the first floor. Otherwise, a really cool place to live.
