Two stars is generous. This is the most unorganized and unresponsive company. They switch HOA statements from mail, to email, to nothing and now maybe a website portal you can't log into. The properties are a mess. The outside landscaping that they are responsible for are done by a 10 year old. The streets are as old as the subdivisions. AI could handle it better with notices and responses. Why pay them to write checks.

I AM SICK OF BEING LIED TOO!!!!!!!! The reviews speak for them selves and are a 100% accurate description of working with Howard and his team. They lie, do not return calls, push you off to the board and have you spin in circles to the point you just give up. I used to speak with Michalea and she was great, however every time I call in some guy named Michael answers the phone and he doesn't help at all. I left messages with him and told he told me to email someone who never responded. I then reached out to the owner who is pushing me back to the board. All of this is over an approved plumbing reimbursement that I have been attempting to get back for literally a year. The level of service (or lack thereof) from Stephanie, Lauren, and Mahogany Services is quite impressive in its incompetence. On October 30, two workers showed up at my house unannounced and informed me they were there to “fix” a pipe. Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times to their office via email and phone to have someone come and fix their botched work, but as of December 17, I’m still waiting for an answer on when they’ll actually send someone. When I asked Stephanie how long it takes to get approval from the board to fix their mistakes, her response is that she 'does not know'. To add - a few months ago, Mahogany Services sent a letter to everyone in the neighborhood threatening fines if we didn’t pressure wash our homes. My husband complied in order to avoid trouble and a fine.

Contacted them for a copy of Mitigation Report, they sent me one for another address. Calls get sent to “ overflow “ during business hours. They do not respond to emails promptly either. Going on almost ten days now. Spoke to Stacy and she said she’d email correct one, several hours later I’m still waiting. Stacy was very abrupt with me on the phone. I called again before their 4:30 close of business and got the overflow line again. Update, 12/28/23.. Called twice today, still getting the runaround. Manager in a zoom meeting, Stacy does not have access… Was told I’d have by this afternoon.. I’ve been told three times so far that I’d have it. Run don't walk away. One the worst jobs I ever had. Terrible communication, no support from the property manager. She is impatient, rude and unprofessional. Do not apply for a job here and don't hire this company to manage your property. They were putting sensitive client info in the trash instead of shredding until I brought it to their attention that they can be tied up in litigation the way they were throwing copies of ID and SS# in the trash can. Idiots!!!
