Mahogany Manor

I want to write this thank you letter to Mahogany Manor management for providing me real home for 5 years! It’s perfect location in the center of the all accommodations and at the same time is peaceful and save! I love my cozy apartment, beautiful lounge and spacious, clean , cozy event room and fitness center! Thank you again for the beautiful experience and fast response service you provided, which barely needed!

Take the reviews into serious consideration before renting from PTLA. I can honestly say, only rent from them if you have absolutely have no other choice. I knew going in it wouldn't be a great experience...but didn't expect it to be as bad as my experience was. Now of course, they manage many different properties all over the county so they differ from location to location... but the blatant neglect of Mahogany Manor, not giving me any other option to relocate when they were dealing with drugs/homeless living in and intruding the building, theft/vandalism (the mail carrier can’t even have her hamper to do her job)... I actually questioned the humanity of the employees they had working for them, I truly don't understand how they treat tenants the way they do and go home to their kids and

My experience spanning 3 years now, starting initially with a lease takeover and later on a move into a bigger unit mid lease has been nothing but smooth, and stress free. I've worked with two office managers, first Lynda and then Kendall and both have been communicative and on the ball with any and all my needs. Both units I've rented in this building were clean, neat and fully functional in terms of appliances and usability. The tenant portal is good, modern and quick making paying rent easy. There are usual people things you run into living in any apartment complex, like garbage dumpster and recycling station filling up - but all of my run-ins with neighbors have been positive, and I personally haven't had any run ins here with local riff-raff nor transient folk. I’ve lived at Mahogany Manor for two years, and my experience has been disappointing. Pros: • Convenient location. • Friendly community. Cons: • Cleanliness: The building isn’t well-maintained. Dog waste often remains uncleaned for weeks. • Management: Despite multiple attempts over a year, the property manager never responds to calls or messages. • Safety: There are no security cameras in the parking lot. When my car tire was slashed, the response was that they don’t provide safety, leaving tenants vulnerable. Overall, while Mahogany Manor could be a great place, the lack of maintenance and unresponsive management make it a challenging experience.

Lynda, the property manager, is great! I have never had such a good experience renting. She is an excellent communicator and really wants the best for the building and tenants. The building is very nice and all the tenants (that I have interacted with) are great and respectful. Very minimal noise from neighbors and it is so nice to see all the dogs playing in the lawn at sunset. Our unit is very nice and cozy and worth the price. Parking is never an issue, which always seems to be a common problem in big complexes. Also super close to I-5 which is nice for us commuters. Not to mention Costco is RIGHT there.
