These guys totally threw me under the bus. I am the seller carrying a contract. They set me up with Evergreen servicing out of Washington when the buyer and I live here in AZ. Evergreen takes up to 10 days to disperse funds when another agency here in AZ holds the funds for 0 days. Evergreen does not answer the phone, makes you listen to endless announcements and then says there is no one to help you, can they call you back? I tried to change servicing companies but the paperwork is overwhelming and Magnus won't help. Also, there are extra fees, of course. Magnus must be getting a considerable kickback to sign their customers up with such a disreputable out of state company. Magnus obviously doesn't care about their clients. Nothing but a nightmare.
