The absolute worst management I have ever dealt with, I would give them less than 1 star if possible. They bought the property I had been staying at for 3 years prior. They waited 3 weeks until 10pm on the day before the rent was due to make first contact with payment instructions and ask for the rent immediately or pay a late fee. The upstairs tenants they moved in flooded the bath tub which poured 100 gallons through my ceiling, they did not offer to help with fixing anything and my ceiling was falling down afterwards and ruined important items of mine. They do not have any regard for the law, or just choose not to abide by them and hope you do not sue. Do not be fooled by the obviously paid positive reviews, these people do not deserve your money.

I have been renting with them for 4 years now and my experience has been very positive. The drastic change that the management team has done is fantastic. Sonny the property manager is so attentive. Very happy with Magnum Real Estate group.

Historically speaking, the management of my building was pretty awful. However, the property manager has been replaced, and things have really started to improve. Sonny is the new property manager, and has been very responsive to admin. type requests, and generally has been more pleasant to work with (and very professional). Ryan is the new Super, and so far has been awesome. My faucet was broken, and Ryan was able to replace it in about 24 hours (the new faucet works great). I’m optimistic the new team will continue to improve the situation.

My property manager Jason is great. Typical NYC apartment issues, nothing unique to this property, but when I tell him about it he is on top of it and communicative. Very happy with the support provided when asked.

I am going on my 4th year living in a Magnum Management building but have been completely blown away since their new team started. Specifically, since Sonny the property manager joined the team. Not only is he extremely responsive but he delivers on every request in a timely manner and has truly gone above and beyond for us. After working with Sonny, I will only ever want to live in a building where he is the property manager. Literally when I tell other friends in NY about the updates Sonny has helped make in our apartment they are shocked a property manager like him exists! I cannot recommend Sonny and his team enough.
