Magnolia Villas

I’ve had an amazing experience at Magnolia Villas Apartments in Georgia! The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and everything feels thoughtfully managed. I want to give special credit to Claudia, the property manager she is absolutely outstanding. Claudia is professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Her dedication truly sets Magnolia Villas apart. Highly recommend this place!

Been living here since June with no issues. However I placed a maintenance order for pest in NOV and it is currently JAN and have NOT received any notice or updates regarding my order. I have reached out to every number possible to resolve the problem but have found no luck with responses from Magnolia Villas. I have spoken to the emergency maintenance line out of desperation who reported to me that the property manager and maintenance team will reach out but have yet received said response from the anyone. Poor communication from their end. 2/10/26 Edit: Still no resolution…

I feel very fortunate, thankful & grateful for my experience w/Magnolia Villas thus far! I would like to especially give thanks to Leanne as well as Nicole for making this move/life transition as easy as possible for me. They both helped to reassure me and give me the support I needed to make this all possible. Moving/re-locating is very stressful & problematic. This is my Second apartment renting from Align communities. The manager Laura is a rockstar and very strategic when it comes to helping you with the things you need to move in minus the headaches. I’ve never really liked apartment management companies before I started renting from these guys but they have changed my perspective. Repairs are done within a couple of hours and once even within the hour. Call and ask to speak to Laura she’s awesome!

I love to live at Magnolia. The property is well maintained, and Management is always in top of any issues and requests from residents. The property does not have any pest issues and that is absolutely a peace of mind as well as that, the community is in a very quiet, good area and still at a reasonable rent price.
