Magnolia Villa Apartments

I’ve been a resident for a year and counting. And me and my daughter love it here. Brandi the landlord is always helpful and if not in the office I know I can send a text message and get a quick response. Very easy to talk too and get ahold of, and the residents/neighbors here have been helpful and so nice since moving here last year. The grounds are always clean. Parking is always easy and maintenance is also easy to get ahold of and things fixed right away.

Brandy has been wonderful to work with. She’s always responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns about the apartment, and even after move-in she continues to go above and beyond. Anytime something needs to be fixed or I have a question, she takes care of it right away. I also really love the apartment and the neighborhood—there are so many great restaurants and things to do. Overall, I’m very happy here.

My partner and I have been searching for an apartment that was suitable for our needs so we could be closer to family. Brandy has been not only an outstanding property manager, but she is a huge advocate for her community! I was privileged to speak with her on the phone about some available apartments, and she made sure all of my questions were easily answered. She was kind enough to show me around the apartments the very same day! The property is so well maintained, and it’s so apparent that not only does her community love her, but so do any vendors, workers, etc! She is such a kind soul! I’m excited to call this place home, but for anyone reading these reviews and making your decision on moving here - this property is a firm 10/10!

Back in February my sister was looking for a place to rent and I was too. She happened to come across Magnolia Villa apartments and applied. She stated that the property manager was very helpful and that the apartment unit she was looking at was nice and that I should check it out as well. My partner and I stopped by to see the unit my sister was going to move into and asked if there was any one bedroom units available. The property manager Brandy then showed us a one bedroom unit and we decided to go for it! The process was so smoothe and easy, from when we spoke to Brandy about applying, to being approved, I feel like the process only took a few days. I love living here!! We have awesome neighbors/ residents some who have been here, like myself well over a decade! We look out for each other. We are in walking distance to EVERYTHING!!!! 😆😆😆 Our Manager is awesome!! She is honestly one of the hardest workers I know! She also works closely with maintenance, who are also on top of work orders, and anytime there is a problem they work quickly to resolve it peacefully on all sides, which goes a long way. I always recommend living here to friends, family and people who feel they have been mistreated where they live and are looking to improve their living conditions. Five stars Mag Villas💞
