The on-site management is responsive and friendly, maintenance is quick, and the townhomes themselves are well-built with thoughtful layouts and durable finishes. I especially appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, well-kept grounds, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and parks. Overall, the value, safety, and sense of community here make it a top pick, and I'd gladly recommend Magnolia Trace to friends and family.

I am thankful to the team at Apartment Advantage Group for making things right. My move to Paladin 5 months ago was a nightmare!! Due to recent work issues I needed to transfer apartments and move again. This time the team that is in place now made right what was done so wrong on my last move. A huge thanks to Carla, James, Ray and the rest of the maintenance team for giving me a safe place to call home. It’s refreshing to see the head of maintenance walking the grounds picking up debris and keeping things up to par. This move was much better they did what they said they would do. Keep up the good work thanks for giving a darn about your tenants.
