Magnolia Ridge Apartments

1.) I lived at this apartment complex for a little over a year and a half and there were SEVERAL lessee’s cars broken into, at least 6 different times. You would just walk out one morning and see busted windows. The property owner and manager were aware but failed to provide any cameras or additional security measures. My boyfriend’s car was one the vehicles burglarized. 2.) The garbage disposal went out at least 3 times while I stayed at the complex. There isn’t an on site office or maintenance personnel. I would have to wait for days and sometimes even weeks for this issue to be resolved. 3.) I made SEVERAL noise complaints about the tenant above me lifting heavy weights and dropping them without regard for me (the residence below them). I was encouraged to leave a note on his door by th

Seems like a nice place. But I don’t understand how to get in contact with the leasing office. The number on the website does not work, and when I went there in person there was no clear sign of a leasing office
