This is a good group of people who are running a family business. I've had nearly 20 years dealing with them. Since 2007, my family has known the Campbells, and when it came time for me to rent a house, I chose them. Both Marilyn and Doug have shown me and my family kindness in ways that you couldn't get from a larger business. When I was going through difficult times, I called Doug. And got his voicemail. He did, however, call back and he was able to work with me. Are they perfect? No. But they are honest. And lately that feels like its getting harder to come by. Doug Campbell and his Team at Magnolia Property Management [Altamonte Springs, Florida] have managed my rental house in Casselberry, Florida since 1998…28 years! I have lived in Louisiana, Illinois and Virginia since I placed the house with Magnolia Property Management. As a non-resident Owner, I have never had a single worry about the quality of tenant renting the house or the condition of my property. Doug is a consummate professional. He listens and has always been responsive to my concerns. A great company!

This home has always felt special to me, and I’ve long hoped it could be ours permanently. Please be careful Renting from them they are not responsible they don’t pick up the phone. They have other property managers that are rude, not professional and when you move and you ask for your security deposit, they’ll tell you I’m not allowed to inform you anything. Your manager is supposed to tell you all your information within 30 days of you moving by Florida state law.

They don’t pick up the phone. They’re not in their office. My sister rented out there and she said she’ll never rent from them ever again and if she could let people know she would.
