Good to deal with until you move out. If you rent from this company, do it with the understanding you will not be getting your deposit back. Ask to see the move out list before signing your lease so you can see what you are getting into. You must submit your receipt for professional carpet cleaning, which I did along with having the house professionally cleaned and still was charged for a $200 house cleaning in addition to the painting and air filter charges. Its amazing what they come up with.

Asked the requirements before doing a rental application Because as anyone else nobody has money to waste on rental applications. My husband and I were told because it’s a pandemic things on your credit doesn’t “matter” . And we don’t have much of anything on our credit, with a good score. So we did application and waited days just to receive a letter instead of you calling us and letting us know that we don’t qualify. The whole process was sent through a system called amrent. You literally had us waiting for a call for days. If you knew we did not qualify call and tell us!! When we arrived at the apartment many other people were there (very unprofessional) and the apartment was unclean and with the floor full of dead roaches. Many cracks in the floor.
