Portia was professional attentive helpful respectful and provided excellent service. I visited 2 other properties prior to me going to Magnolia Pointe Apartments. I didn't get that politeness comfort like I had with Portia. She was kind patient and that beautiful smile when I walkedI knew I was home.

She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the experience both informative and enjoyable. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and an impressive level of cleanliness. Miss Portia took the time to walk me through all the important details about living at Magnolia Pointe, and I left with a strong sense of excitement about the community. Got my mom moved in to this community. The process from application to move in was seamless. The ladies in the office are great. Kudos to Ms.Portia for her patience with us . All in all a good experience to a stressful situation.
