Magnolia Point

I’ve lived at Magnolia Point since 2011. Back then, the apartments were well-kept, management was professional (thank you, Ruby!), and maintenance requests were handled quickly. But after several management changes, everything went downhill. Repairs became slow or poorly done, records got lost, and included services like pest control and carpet cleaning stopped altogether. Mr. Tony, one of the few reliable maintenance workers, kept things running while he was here—but after he left, it was chaos. The current management, Covenant Property Services, has been the worst so far. They tried to make residents responsible for normal wear and tear, charged us extra for things that used to be included, and even billed us for rental insurance we already had. These are the worst Apartments I ever stayed in. Roaches, Mold, the sink stayed stopped up the ceilings always leaked. These apartments are awful kids knocked on your door late at night, managers are the worst, the front office communication skills are horrible. And to top it off they did not give me my full deposit back because of damages and paint this is a total rip off but I pray that God will fight my battles because they actually took my deposit For no reason. There were no damages other then what they caused and if any paint needed it’s because the walls and ceilings were always leaking.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Tracey, Jerika, and Cristina at Magnolia Point! They’ve all been so kind and helpful since the day I moved in. Anytime I have a question or need something, they’re always on top of it and make sure things get handled quickly. You can tell they really care about the residents here, and it makes such a difference. They always greet me with a smile and make the community feel like home. I’m so thankful for them — they really make Magnolia Point a great place to live!

Not satisfied at all…. They are the worst apt to live in . My tub is back up n sink is still clogged up n my roof is coming in They don’t give you time to pay bills n they will lock you out n prevent you from paying rent they are the worse apartment complex ever……… clearly will not suggest this coming this I live one bed I m paying 1200 months rent and it not worth my time and money but advise you not to waste your time they never helpful n the people who are in the offices they will not help you with anything .: they will locked your account and will prevent you from paying rent…….

office staff leaves a lot to be desired - will only do the bare minimum. I blame upper management. genuinely unpleasant and gross.
