It is so bad my apartment always have problems and when I ask them to fix my thing they don't do it they like to act like they forgot

Trash everywhere false advertisement they don’t have a pool there is no park the pond is full of trash every apartment is bug infested they don’t have any pest control on a regular basis the landlord office stays with tenants hanging out in there the laundry room is not safe to go in people hang out in there to smoke they don’t keep landlords or maintenance it’s somebody new every month in the office nothing gets repaired in a timely manner trash piled up to the max throughout the complex and dumpsters your house will get broken into no security lights or cameras high rent for nothing not worth it nothing they say is promised and they make false promises that they don’t keep they are scammers and unprofessional DO NOT MOVE HERE

THIS PLACE IS THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT THE REGIONAL MANGER LIVES IN GREENVILLE SC AND TELLS PEOPLE WHAT TO DO. NEVER NICE MEAN TALKING AND RUDE!! THE LADY IN THE OFFICE AIMEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE ALSO. THE PLACE IS NASTY TRASH EVERYWHERE PILES UP. THERE ARE CRIMINALS ON THE PROPERTY MY GRANDSONS HAD THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFTS STOLEN FROM THEM SOMEONE CAME IN THROUGH A WINDOW AT THE COMPLEX . SO CALL MANAGER IN OFFICE DID NOTHING AFTER BEING TOLD I WONDER WHY BUT I DID CALL THE POLICE,ON MY OWN MY DAUGHTER AND THE BOYS LIVES THERE BUT WILL BE MOVING OUT THEY LIE TO THE TENANTS ABOUT RENTAL HELP AND AND NEVER PRODUCED A NEW LEASE TO ANYONE FOR A YEAR AND NOW A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO THEY DID . lIKE I SAID HORRIBLE!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE GOVERNMENT TO SEE IF THEY

I'm a current resident and right now the staff here is a little short handed, but in spite of that I want it known that Arthur the main man on the maintenance team is doing a great job. So in case no one says it, I say it "Thank You"
