Magnolia Park Apartments

I have lived at Magnolia for 2.5 years!! It has been such a great place to live with kind staff and maintenance. The location is perfect and the shuttle is convenient so students don’t have to battle with parking on campus! My friends and I have used our apartment as a gathering place for years and have so many good memories. Thanks Mag staff, you guys rock <3.

I had a wonderful time living here. They are very attentive to residents and I have no complaints. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests and provide lots of amenities in addition to housing :)

Check the reviews! Any decent review is 6 to 8 years old. Run away! The company and management are awful. They are rude. They do not return phone calls. They take advantage of young people that have never rented before. They pressure them telling them if they don’t sign today, there will be nothing left. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time or money!

DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Management and maintenance are disorganized and do not communicate. My apartments air conditioning broke in February and myself and my roommates put in requests to have it fixed and no one contacted us until march when they had someone come look at it and not fix it. Then again they came out in April and their solution was a single AC window unit in the living room of our 4 bedroom apartment and a promise to fix it “next week” then nothing else was done until May 13th when their hired technicians set off a sprinkler in the AC closet and flooded the entire apartment. After that the floor and kitchen were ripped out and not replaced until the last week of June despite them assuring me everything should be fixed in 2 weeks. During this time the AC STILL didn’t wo

The company and people that manage the property are rude and awful. They take advantage of young people by pressuring them and exploiting the innocence of those who have never leased. Trust when I say, run! If you are smart, you will not lease from this place. Look at the reviews!
