Magnolia on Zang Two Apartments

I like this community a lot. It’s clean and the residents are nice. The staff is fantastic. Delacy was soooo great with helping me get settled after having issues at a sister property. I took away one star because of the neighborhood. There is frequent chaos at home across the street play. There are vehicles constantly coming and going, playing extremely loud music. I had to call the police a few times because it went on for hours. This is not a reflection of my experience in my actual building but it’s still a bit of a disturbance.

I've had an amazing experience living at Magnolia On Zang II for almost two years now. The staff is hands-on, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly. I love the quiet atmosphere and small community feel. The convenience of being in the Bishop Arts district and close to downtown also factored into my decision to renew my lease. I would like to give a special shout out to Hayley as she is always eager to help!

I've had a wonderful experience living at Magnolia on Zang Two! From the start, the leasing process was smooth and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The property is always well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. Anything I need help with Hayley Robinson has always been there with a smile. Her and the maintenance team at this location make my life so easy.

I moved into Magnolia Zang Two last July and it has been a great experience. Views of Downtown via the rooftop Terrace and quick commute to downtown Dallas make this a prime location. Haley Robinson made the lease process easy and streamlined, is always available for questions, and hands down has made it the best experience I’ve had in an apartment community.

We called this community as our first “home” here in America. We worked with Shawn through the time difference and all the necessary paperwork. She was AWESOME and our transition was very smooth. The apartment were equipped with stainless steel appliances in a great neighbourhood (Bishop Arts District). When there are issues, maintenance are able to resolve it within 24-48hrs KUDOS to Herman. It’s a safe small community. When we decided to move-out due to opportunities Tasha made it very easy and clear. The staffs from the property manager to the maintenance are honest, efficient and hardworking people.
