I see alot of bad reviews regarding Magnolia Lanes but from what I have experienced and have gone through with them has been amazing! Whenever there is an issue, I put a request in and they respond in a timely manner. Great customer service, the Maintenance guys are amazing. Sarah is wonderful and helps out whenever I have a concern. This is mine and my fiancees second year renting from them. Great people and service!!!

Good company with great customer service (which is so rare these days). In my experience the owners will do whatever it takes to keep a customer happy. Always very responsive to emails and happy to address any concerns. The maintenance guys have done good work in my home. Very satisfied.

If you need someone to manage a rental property for you they are the best. They will handle everything from finding a good tenant, rent collection, preventative maintenance and repairs, etc. Great pricing, easy to deal with, responsive. Great value for your money.
