Magnolia Hills Apartments

I had a great experience living here for over 4 years. The management is very flexible and pleasant to deal with. Also any time I had a maintenance request they would come same day or the next day. I would definitely recommend this place to family or friends and I have. Nice place to live.

Since being taken over by new management, everything is so unorganized! We were never updated about a telephone number for "24-hour maintenance". Putting in requests for repair seems to be a 10 business day reply or you would have to call back to remind them. There have been changes and they have yet to send out proper notices within reasonable time. There are so called "new features" they have added and have yet to send a letter out to the tenants to make us aware. The property manager is VERY rude and treats the tenants very poorly. I am very disappointed how everything came to be. It is not the same! Bring Jeanie Back! She was excellent!

The apartment is cozy and comfortable, very peaceful and quiet.
