Magnolia Downs AMCS

Trash, I would allow my pet to stay in their units. They are so unprofessional. They literally sit in office and receive a paycheck for NOTHING, Absolutely NOTHING at all. Had a water over the weekend that flooded out my apartment as well as the neighbor beside me, neither one of us could get in touch with anyone not even on the emergency number that was unavailable so we literally had to dry floors with fans etc. my Townhouse had mold in the pantry that the refueses to treat which caused me and my small kids to vacate the unit, the off to patch up the molded spots not treat the mold. Sink had a water leak as well as the outside wayerhose(I never used the hose so it leaked everyday since I moved in April of 2025) causing my water bill to be sky high. My experience with AMCS/Magnolia Downs has been unlike any other landlord/management company relationship I've ever had in my life, initially not great – still not great. Recently I've dealt with being targeted at my unit by underage/unsupervised tenants and AMCS's response was: do nothing (and just hope the problem just goes away?) I've had to call the police, request restraining orders in court, everything to find peace and between the police and the legal system, they all ask, "Where is management?", "Where is the property manager?", "How are they addressing this?" I couldn't tell you because they iced me out/ignored me months ago despite always paying on time. To be fair, the front office and maintenance staff are amazing, but the property manager and AMCS owners are absolutely terrib
