I had a wonderful experience at the leasing center thanks to Mr. De Anthony and Mrs Amy Moore. Mr. De Anthony was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Amy Moore was welcoming and supportive, and you can tell she truly cares about providing great service. They both went above and beyond, and I highly recommend working with them. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This property and staff have been my safe haven since 2023. The staff treats me as if I am family. Life has been very challenging over the past year, but they have treated me as a PERSON not just a tenant. They listen without judgement even though they have jobs to do it is done with care, empathy and respect. Amy, Stephanie & D'Anthony, I thank each of you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this community if you want to feel home, peace and warmth, this is the property for you. You are truly more than an apartment number to them, even when they may have to deliver news that you may not want to hear it is delivered with care & compassion, I do not know where I would be without this community... I have been living in IMT Deerfield since last year and I think it was the right choice. There are many good points to say about IMT Deerfield. 1. Maintenance processing is very fast. I applied in the evening this time and the repair was completed the next morning, which was convenient and appreciated. 2. The apartment complex is clean and pretty. It was especially beautiful during the cherry blossom season in March. The trees are lush and it is great for a walk. 3. The staff is friendly. Every time I go to the leasing office, Prisca greets me cheerfully and gives me good energy. 4. The gym is really nice. It seems bigger and cleaner than any other apartment complex.

Move-Out Billing Issue My official move-out date was January 1, 2026. I provided my 60-day written notice stating that I would be moving out on that date and returning my keys. I sent two emails: one giving my 60-day notice and another asking for clarification about returning my keys on January 1. I was informed that the office would not be open on January 1 to accept the keys. They said I could return them on December 31, but the office would be closing early that day. Because of this, I chose the other option they provided, which was to return the keys on January 2. At no point in any of these emails or conversations was I told that I would be charged an additional day of rent for January 1. Later, I received an invoice charging me rent for January 1. Jillian in the leasing office is very nice, and has great customer service. The maintenance team are nice as well- Tommy, Peter and Ricky always do a great job.
