Magnolia at Granite Bay by Tim Lewis Communities

Hi future buyers, I am beyond my limits. Hopefully no one else is has this same warranty and product experience with these luxury homes. I wouldn’t even put this product in my own rentals. It is so low budget it’s shocking. But it was the only wood laminate available when we had to select designs and boy did they charged us extra for this!!! Tim Lewis Homes charged us the price of the porcelain we upgraded in the entry way, they said we had ti pay for entire house cost of porcelain product and install rate for our laminate as this porcelain, since it was significantly more expensive than wood, because we wanted porcelain in our entry way. I recently visited Magnolia neighborhood and wow!! There are no other new builds like this in the area. Stunning designs and finishes, generous lot sizes…these models will seriously ruin you. Sierra was a gem- very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend checking these semi-custom builds!

We recently went through the home building process in Magnolia with the Tim Lewis team. Our experience was wonderful! The sales team was always kind, well informed and very helpful at each stage of the process. We also enjoyed working with Michelle in the design department. She went above and beyond to make sure all the design details were perfect. In addition, Cody, who has assisted us several times since moving into the house, has always answered our questions and helped without making us feel like a burden. We have been very happy with his attention to detail and overall quality customer service.

My family and I recently drove all the way from the Bay Area to tour homes, hoping to find a place where we could move in collectively with our parents. Unfortunately, our experience with the representative was disappointing and frustrating. When we arrived, the woman who was supposed to assist us—who appeared to be quite botoxed and had an unwelcoming attitude—refused to let us tour any homes. Her demeanor was off-putting, and it felt as if we weren’t being taken seriously from the start. I’m not sure if this was just a sales tactic, carelessness, or outright discrimination, but it certainly came across as gatekeeping.
