Magnolia Apartments

Given that I've been at this location for many years I can truly say they get better with time. I've been through many management changes and so far the new management seems to be exactly what this place needed. I can't control who my neighbours are but I can say that MY experience here has been good. I appreciate how friendly the staff are. I enjoy how quick Rudy (one of the maintenance professionals) tends to any discrepancies we may have, especially with his work load. Also they've been doing so many cute community activities and incentives, which I can truly appreciate.

We’ve been here since September2025 and at first my wife and I were a bit disappointed. As we addressed our dislikes to the Administration both (Angela and Alexa) were understanding and quick on resolving any issues we’ve encountered. 5 stars, not only to the Property Mgnt, but definitely 5 stars to the property’s maintenance man (Rodolfo). He is very polite, respectful and savvy in what he does. I’d recommend Magnolia Apts, especially now that upgrades will be taking place in the near future.

Roaches, water leaks, unresponsive maintenance and they have a really shady tow company patrolling the lot every day, and they WILL tow everything they can. A lot of times, you'll submit maintenance requests (and you have to pretty frequently), and they will just mark your problem as resolved on their in house system without even stopping by. Lots of rules and fines as well. Pretty sure they have review bots dropping the 5 star reviews, something doesn't add up.

Living here has really been breathtaking. I can really say I’ve been in peace since I’ve moved in. The maintenance and office employees have always been very helpful and great to be around. I absolutely love how clean and quiet the property is. The pool is always a wonder to be at I always have parking and recommend anyone looking for a clean, peaceful and safe place to live. The park at Venosa is the place to be.

Roaches everywhere. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your apartment because they're infested throughout the whole building. They frequently turn off the water for long periods at a time which is very inconvenient.
