Chelsea schooler is one of the property managers in Evansville....been to jail once keeps her job. Was in jail again... just yesterday. Unprofessional. Shannon is blind. That whole staff is unprofessional. Y'all fire the wrong people but keep people like this. Whoever does business with these people I suggest you stay away.

I've lived at Fox Acres in Kokomo for a few years. The last two years the pool has been closed. The first year due to covid, the second for repairs. I have holes in my ceiling that needs repaired and a antiquated furnace. I got a letter yesterday, you're raising my rent $120. a month!! I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income!! That's ridiculous!!

I started renting when I was young and have rented from this company for many years . Always polite and helpful and the staff are good at listening to my concerns and fixing thing in a timely manner. I would recommend any of there homes or apartments to any one . Because I have really grown to love them for all that they do .
