Once we walked in the atmosphere and hospitality was great! We received a tour from Kenny and he was very kind, professional and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this place!!

This is the worst place now with the new staff, this man been harassing me, I was about to pick up my trash and he said “you better because I won’t” nobody asked him ti pickup the thrash, he just wanted to fight. He seemed like Out of his mind. I don’t know what happen to this place, staff used to be good and kind. Now they’re mean, nasty and zero helpful. Don’t move here. Most of the reviews are fake and the Puerto Rican lady is mean also, every time I call them they won’t answer the office phone, but then I go to the office and she is there chilling doing her nails. People here also smokes every day, you can smell cigarettes and marijuana all day long. Great place to live! The leasing and maintenance staff are super professional and friendly as well. The amenities are spectacular! The location is awesome; close to everything. Specially the restaurants which are walking distance. I'm only moving due to work. Otherwise I would not mind living a few more years at this community!

LEASING AGENT EXPERIENCE: My leasing agent was Franshesca. She was very kind, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process from beginning to end. I was moving from out-of-state and it was a big change for me so I’m grateful to her for being upfront about all the information and helping me select the apartment that was best for me without being able to see it in person. Madison Waterstar has the right person in Franshesca handling the leasing side of things. MOVE-IN: As I mentioned before I was moving in from out-of-state and also coming in right after New Years’ Day on January 2nd. They were also transitioning into the new management and when I met the staff in person everyone handled themselves professionally and with grace. Very bad experience at Madison Waterstar. The Puerto Rican leasing agent was painting her nails when we arrived and showed a terrible attitude. She didn’t provide any useful information and was extremely unfriendly. I was always respectful and considerate, and I expect the same—especially in customer service, where you are paid to provide that service. How can I even think of moving into a place where from the very first moment I’m treated this way? I absolutely do not recommend this property. 09/26/2025
