Madison Wakefield

We loved touring the Madison. Not only is the property beautiful, but Mindy was exceptional. We were a little nervous and Mindy made the whole experience so pleasant and easy. She was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. She is a big part of why we are hoping to make the Madison our first home.

I had a wonderful experience touring the community with Mindy. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through each feature, answer all my questions, and make sure I truly understood everything about the property. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made the tour both enjoyable and informative. Laura was also really nice and welcoming, which made the entire visit feel comfortable and positive. Together, they created such a great first impression. Their teamwork and hospitality really stood out. I left feeling confident and excited about the possibility of making this my new home.

I moved here in mid-September and have truly enjoyed being part of this community. Laura and Mindy have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind, which has made the transition so smooth. The amenities are excellent, the location is fantastic with Harris Teeter right across the street, and it’s very pet-friendly. The apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. I would absolutely give it a 10/10 and have already recommended it to coworkers and friends! UPDATE: I can hear every bang and stomp by my upstairs neighbors.

Everyone has their own personal opinion, and here is mine. Madison Wakefield has been a pleasant experience for me overall. I can't thank Mindy enough for the help that she's given me since day one. I have been able to call this place my home and I think you will too.

My fiancé and I moved in about a month ago, and we’re so glad we chose this place! The office staff was amazing and made our last-minute move so much easier than we expected. The apartment itself has an open layout that’s perfect for us and our pets, and everything was super clean when we moved in. We’ve also been impressed with how well-kept the whole community is, and the parking lot being well-lit at night is a huge plus. Honestly, we couldn’t have picked a better place to call home.
