Madison Village Apartments

I am just moving in, and really cant believe how well this property is run. Multiple pools, multiple gyms, and they have a full cleaning staff that cleans every day. With the elevators, and the kitchen layout, its the best apartment community I have moved into. The price is around 1600 for a 1 bedroom, Kitchen photos below.

Just moved out of Madison Village a few months ago after being there 3 years. This was my favorite home ever. The apts are clean and nice and well cared for. The bedrooms, closets, kitchen, and cabinets are quite large. Lots of natural light. The hallways and common areas are cleaned a couple times a week. The price is very reasonable. I loved going for walks with my husband and always felt safe there. People are friendly but also respect your privacy. The landscaping is kept up nicely and just so beautiful to walk around. The few problems we did have were fixed promptly. The office staff is very reasonable. I like that this is a smaller operation, not some huge corporate group. It means they have a little more flexibility and don't price gouge you on unnecessary things. Sure,

My fiancé and I loved living here! It is very quiet and clean-kept. I was in nursing school at Shenandoah and it was a very convenient drive to both the university and the hospital. We also loved the month-to-month option after a year, which worked perfectly for us! We would absolutely recommend!

I lived here for 4 years. The rent and utilities were increased every year. I was once left without functioning AC for a month and a half during the middle of the summer and had to vacate the unit for that time, I received no rent relief for this despite multiple complaints. I decided to leave months later and despite following all instructions and leaving the unit in great shape, was told I wouldn’t be receiving my security deposits based on BS legalese that I am still fighting. I would avoid this community and its management at all costs

Madison Village has been a wonderful community to live at and be a part of. The community is quiet, private and the residents here are so friendly! The staff is super friendly and fantastic! They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests and always at the clubhouse to answer any questions. There is also a cleaning team that keeps the inside of the building clean throughout the week. The community hosts two dog parks, a pool and plenty of walking areas that are lit up at night. Madison Village was my first apartment and it was perfect, my husband and I will be moving into a house soon and I will actually really miss living in this community! We love it here!!
