Madison Pointe Apartments

Moving into Madison Pointe has been amazing from the start. Daja is especially amazing & leads such a great team! Everyone in the office is helpful, kind, & truly cares about the residents. The maintenance team is just as great & always handle any request quickly and effectively. I have been renting in Gainesville for nearly a decade, & this is hands down the best apartment community I have lived in. I truly love living here & highly recommend it!

Madison Pointe makes it easy to move in and everyone that I've spoken to has been super helpful and nice. I was needing somewhere quick for me and my children and a few people I spoke to at work told me about this place, so I'm very happy with the decision to move here. I had a couple issues that were quickly resolved, the maintenance team did great! Oh the only thing I would say needs a bit of work is some of the furniture around the park, but otherwise everything looks beautiful and it's nice to see other kids that my kids are able to play with.

I have lived here for some years and seen a lot of managers come and go. Daja is one of the best her and her staff are friendly, respectful and reliable. That’s important in a community. I hope she is around for the long hall.

A HUGE shoutout to the whole team at Madison Pointe! Everyone made our move during the holidays incredibly smooth. The MP team was so kind, helpful, and always had a great attitude, which made the entire experience stress-free. We’re beyond grateful!

I had a really smooth process moving in here and the community manager was amazing she took me for a tour and worked with me the whole leasing process. The prices are higher than what I’ve paid in the past but you get what you pay for here everything is clean, operational, and extremely quiet.
