Madison Park Village

Tiffany in the apartment office is the best person in the world at her job. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The apartment she showed me was beautiful and I'm hoping to move in soon. It was so refreshing to work with someone so professional and helpful.

My boyfriend lived her for a year and it was the worst. The hallway smelled so bad I would hold my breath until I got into his apartment. He was living in one of the half underground units and it flooded three times and left a good amount of water on the floor. Even the hallway out side of his door was flooded, completely soaking the carpet. There was mold everywhere and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked. I started having breathing problems whenever I hung out there and there were some neighbors who had to take their toddler to the hospital to get checked out due to mold. I've been at Madison Park for the longest. Love how maintenance and the Property Manager are always working hard, walking the buildings and making sure the place looks nice. No problems with police runs, so for me and my kids that means a whole lot.
