Madison Lofts

One star is too much for the awful service they have provided me. I have been living here only for 5 months and have been dealing with this leaking for a whole month and a half now. The management has changed 4 times since January, they haven't fixed my ceiling, and there is no manager or person who can fix this. Every time I call no one answers the phone and maintenance hasn't done anything new to fix my ceiling. It has mold, it leaks ALL DAY. Is disrespectful how I'm paying more than 1,000$ for a service and habitable unit that I DO NOT HAVE. The board of health has been contacted to come and take action regarding this problem. These folks are not even on the property! It’s hard to even get into contact with these folks, they wanna charge you extra fees and can’t even communicate why they did! Unprofessional. They take their sweet time to get back with you and work with you. Something has to be done!! This place barely stays clean! Let alone; they have alarms going off in this building and don’t even try to fix it. Made a mistake even coming here. Lesson learned!

I'm really happy with my experience at Madison Loft! The maintenance team is super responsive, always fixing issues the day after I put in a request. It's a great, affordable place to live, and I especially appreciate that the windows don't leak, keeping the heat in plus cold air Highly recommend

Edit: They responded to my review, but I never was able to speak to anything but AI. I've given up trying to rent a unit. It's literally impossible. I really wanted to rent a unit here, but the AI they use for phone calls and emails is broken. The application link is broken, the tour link says none available, and the AI just keeps linking you back to those two things. I'll update my review if I ever get ahold of a human being who wants to take money in exchange for housing, but it feels doubtful after almost a week of trying.

DO NOT MOVE HERE [2025 Update] If you're considering Madison Lofts, don't. Living here has been an ongoing nightmare. First off, there is no onsite management. Everything is handled through a "robot" leasing assistant who talks fast, pretends to sound helpful, but gets nothing done. Emails, calls, and texts are often ignored—even for urgent issues. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of a real person. Noise and Safety: The walls are paper thin—I hear everything. From loud conversations to my neighbors having sex and banging walls at 3 AM, I've even heard my neighbor getting beaten up and choked out and screaming for help. It's disturbing.
