House turned out beautifully, nothing but wonderful things to say about Mary Beth Scherberger from start to finish she went way out of her way on anything and everything. Amy Banks who is no longer with Madison was always helpful and a joy to work with! Those two ladies I worked The most with. I didn’t care for Jeff our original salesman from Charlotte. Conner our GC was a very pleasant young man who responded and acted on any and all requests. House was supposed to have been completed by February 2026 and My son was able to close 12/18/25 ahead of schedule thanks to Conner.

I can't see how the build could've gone smoother. Foundation was dug first week in July and we moved just in time to spend Christmas in our new house. Connor was awesome to work with. The no construction loan is a huge plus also.

We walked into the this process (Building a Home) with very little knowledge of how it worked, and on day one we were met with big smiles and caring. Mary Beth was amazing to work with, and helped us greatly to get ourselves in order to start our build. Throughout the entire process her and the entire team was there to help or to answer questions and we never felt like we were bother anyone with our constant questions. Our super Michael Quarles was great to work with, always willing to explain ever step and fixed all of our concerns. He went above and beyond for us (as well as everyone on the team) and went out of his way to keep us informed. We started working with Madison homebuilders in May of 2019. Mary Beth was our salesperson at the Greenville office. I really thought this was a to good to be true place. We spent the last five years back and forth between modulars and double wides, because we didn’t think we could afford a nice stick built home. I didn’t like the feeling dealing with these places because there was never up front true cost pricing and it felt like before it was over with, we would spend almost 230,00 on a modular with low quality upgrades. We started our contract back in Nov 2021 with Madison. If you are looking for a builder that will guide you in the building process, trust me this is not the one use. We had several expenses that were not discussed or were forgotten. A major expense that was grossly underestimated was our foundation. Our lot has a slope and we were given an estimated cost along with "this may change after measurements are taken." Measurements were taken and it came in around 4,000 more. The contracted workers came in and dug footers. Several weeks went by with no work being done. I received a phone call that there was an issue with the footers. I was highly upset, but still wanted to move forward. I was assured that the issue was being worked on so that a solution could be made. Their solution was coming
