New home build by Madison was a great experience. Everyone from sales, to finishes selection to actual construction and closing was knowledgeable and easy to work with. A special nod to our construction superintendent David Hinson for always being on top of things and being a great person to work with - plus completing the construction phase in about 4 months.
I just closed on my new home with Madison. I have zero complaints and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to build! Key to successful build is consistent communication!
I wanted to wait until I had lived in my new home at least a month before I rated the experience and have to say it has been great from beginning to end. I started working with several modular companies first and came across Madison's TV commercial and decided to see what they were about. From the first meeting with Ryan (learning that they build from scratch) to going through the build with Kevin, until closing with Janice it has been a great experience. Each assists you with the process from end to end and took a big scary process and made it easy and enjoyable. I will recommend Madison to my friends and family and recommend them to you if you are considering building your own home.
We closed on our new home in June and wanted to wait until we moved in and spent time here before completing our review. We love our new Madison home and have received so many compliments on it. The entire process was easy and went very smoothly. Ryan and Wendy were great to work with during pre construction and Chris kept us informed during construction with his weekly updates. That was a big plus because we lived over an hour away. Even the post closing support was excellent. We would highly recommend Madison based on the great experience we had.
Wow! What a pleasurable experience! I have always heard the horror stories of building a house. Not at Madison Home Builders. This was an awesome experience and was an absolute pleasure. From Ryan and Noah to all the one behind the scenes, this place runs like a well oiled machine. I would absolutely recommend and if I ever had to build again, this is who I would use.
