Madison Glen Apartments

My sister -in-love has recently moved into this complex. We were able to visit while traveling in Florida last week. I was impressed with the beautiful complex and her individual apartment. She see content there. I pray she'll find suitable friends and get acquainted with the activities provided.

Such a nice place and some of the nicest people who live there ...plenty of activities for all to enjoy...nice staff and very well kept ....clean and nice lit parking lot and have to have a card to enter....great security...

It’s shame this is an elderly community who most of the residents receive deliveries . Such as, Uber eats, Amazon orders, and grocery deliveries to have the drivers cars towed because they are delivering items to the residents door steps.. which the building has 4 floors. It’s no signs pointing the drivers of these deliveries to a visiting area. My father has been living here for 3 years. And has had the same weekend delivery from a diner . To find out after she delivered his food to his door steps took her only 5 minutes. Her car had been towed costing this driver $185. The diner who has delivered to my father for the past 3 years and other residents ; who all need this service WILL NO LONGER DELIVER TO HIM due to this matter. My question is how will deliveries be made here. I suggest no

Beautiful building and location. Management and maintenance are rude, lazy and incompetent.

Very nice. It’s apartment living, and the price is right. There have been some changes in the staff recently which has made it a little difficult for tenants and being consistent in getting things done, but they are working to get those problems solved. When I first came here last year we had the nicest manager Angie who had been here like 4 or more years. She left in June , we just got new permanent manager Kim who seems very nice. Most all the people I have met are very nice and cordial, a few very very helpful and then there are some grumpy ones you just avoid. There is social and things to do if you choose if not you just do your own thing. Very nice library here, pool, billiards room, workout room with equipment,card room,game room, and large. large activity room. Close to sho
