Madison Gardens Apartments

I have lived at Madison Garden for 3 years. It’s a very nice community with nice neighbors. It’s usually quiet and I feel safe. The office staff is always accommodating and very helpful. I’ve only needed maintenance once for a clogged toilet and they were very swift to respond. I can only say positive things about living here.

AVOID THESE APARTMENTS BY ANY MEANS!! I have been living here 3.5 years and counting sadly. I would like to start by saying nothing ever gets fixed. They also do not have a Courtesy officer so don’t bother calling for any assistance or help with complaints. There is always loud music and marijuana smoke in the halls and coming through the vents. No designated parking. Front office will only put a note in the door about these issues and do nothing about them. As long as you can pay rent and have a pulse Madison Gardens could care less about anything else. Madison Gardens Apartments are a last resort Apartment complex. Don’t say you were not warned!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Madison Gardens Apartments. During the application process, I was told that credit would not be a deciding factor. Based on that information, I applied in good faith. Despite having two jobs, steady income well above the requirement, and no prior evictions, I was denied specifically due to my credit. This directly contradicts what I was told upfront. If credit was going to be the deciding factor, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning instead of wasting my time and money. Transparency matters, especially when people are making serious housing decisions. For the price this place cannot be beat! Each problem I had was promptly addressed and resolved in a timely manner. I'm leaving this review because of some plumbing issues. My bathtub and toilet kept flooding due to a main line sewage blockage. They had a plumber come out but when they said the job would have to be completed the next day, Madison Gardens paid the money to have a different company come out after hours and completely resolve the issue. They paint over everything, wood floors need to be replaced. Went up 200 on my rent on my next lease agreement with no explanation . Washer and dryers on complex rarely work properly and not enough for everyone to use. Got charged extra money when I moved for stuff that was already messed up when I moved in. Maintenance had an attitude and half do every job you put in to get done if they ever show up anyway.
