Madison Garden Apartments

To start off on a positive note, this apartment complex has the most incredible people living in it. Never before have I had such overwhelmingly positive experiences with my neighbors. The close proximity to downtown Carlsbad and the beach is also a massive plus. Sadly, the list of negatives is not so short. The apartment is owned and managed by a family, who is cordial but unresponsive to fixing the underlying structural issues within their buildings. In the year that I lived in the complex, 2020-2021, at least a quarter of the units had some serious plumbing related issue. For the last four months I lived there, a leak from somewhere in my unit or the one next door would intermittently flood the units below.
