Great management. Apartments are beautiful. Pretty sure I’ve found my new home.

I honestly loved my apartment but I hated the staff I do believe at the time it was Ashley they sucked so bad that I have a eviction with them.

Very nice apartment and the staff was extremely helpful and gave me lots of great information!

I lived at this property for 5 years and can’t say enough wonderful things about the place. Maintenance is always quick to respond to anything Big or small. And while I never had any big issues, I never waited more than a day for the small ones. Management is absolutely wonderful and they take great pride in what they do. They are always a joy to deal with. Kurtis and Bryce are just the sweetest. I have recommended several friends and family members to the community, and I myself would not be leaving if I did not have to relocate for work. If I ever moved back to the area, I will definitely be moving back to Madison Flatts!

Bryce has been amazing since day one! Super friendly and answers any and all questions without hesitation. Kurtis has been a huge help with everything! I can’t imagine living anywhere else! These two are amazing at what they do and show that they care! I have never experienced that at any other apartment I’ve lived in. Thank you both so much!
