These guys are great. Joe found us a bunch of leads and even drove us around. He's amazing on phone calls, text and emails - even with our somewhat crazy/nervous questions. The process was super easy for us green first-home buyers. Small 'negative' would be the cost to work with brokers in general - but I guess that's a general NYC gripe I just gotta get over.

My associate and I had a showing with Broker Alicia Guzzone. Not only did she show up late, she was not dressed professionally for her position, showed up in a tshirt with leggings and sneakers and did not put on a mask the entire showing during covid times, which is highly inappropriate. Then she proceeded to badger us about things that were frankly, none of her business and then heavily implied that we were not qualified to rent this apartment that was well below our cap. All in all, a terrible experience, would not recommend anyone rent with this company.
