Madison Commons Apartments

I'm not sure how they can operate a business when they hardly ever answer the phone. Half the time when they don't answer the phone, there is nobody but the office staff in the office and they're not talking to or helping anyone else. And if they do ever answer the phone. Their tone indicates they would have rather not answered it. I just don't understand... UPDATE: THEY STILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Maybe they need to hire someone else to answer the phones. I'm sorry but not everyone has the time of day to constantly drive or go to the office. There should be standards in place. And I shouldn't have to send an email to get further assistance. My oven has been broken for two months and remains unrepaired or replaced, after bringing this issue to the apartment office's attention. I sent a certified letter three weeks ago, formally stating my concerns and the unacceptable situation, but I have received no response. I have also called and left messages, but have received no callback. My next step will be to withhold part of the rent, as allowed by Florida law, and start searching for a new complex that values its residents.

This place will rip you off! I went over my income with a property lady at the 220 location and she said I was eligible income wise then I applied and they took my 185.00 and denied me for my income. It has been over a month and I still have not a penny back. I am going to have to get a lawyer. They are ripping people off just to get the app fee and money then they deny you. DO NOT APPLY HERE! CROOKS

Queit neighborhood. Great neighbors. Price is ridiculous and the maintenance team is the absolute worst. It's truly sad that you have to write a paragraph in the description before you request is taken care of. They don't do pest control as stated in out lease. I'm just out done with the laziness of them all. Nice and sweet when you come in or call (if they answer the phone) but nothing is handled until you write your life story in the description box for maintenance. They are affordable though...maybe that's why?....smfh

The response time of the new maintenance crew is a wonderful representation of what you expect from an apartment complex. So far, the problems I've encountered have been handled very quickly and efficiently.
