Madison Apartments

Never got a call back after paying a fee and applying for an apartment. When I return the claim they could not find my application.

I love the inside of my townhouse. Noise is a major factor as well as non-Madison residents riding in and out playing their music very loud. I would love for this to become a gated community . No playground for the children to play. Trash is picked up on the grounds, every morning, but you can't tell. No place for the elderly to live. This complex should be rented to mature adults that are teaching their children to become productive citizens.

This is the pit of hell. Great space for the price, but needs to be completely remodeled. Torn down and all the tenants need to be compensated for living in such horrible conditions. Atlanta Gas and Light informed me that all the furnaces needed replacing. There’s a huge hole in front of our building, that hasn’t been repaired for four or five months. Just last week sewerage was coming from the side of our building. YES, I’m MOVING!!!!!! Can I give the apartment complex a negative zero? YES, if it was a option to chose.

Don't know much about these apartments but go see them for yourself could be an ideal place for you an family.

Seems decent and it also seem to be a clean place to visit
