Madison Apartments

I have a client who is disabled and has his apartment flooded at this moment and like always no ones in the office and they have no answering service. Anyone know where to file a complaint.

Today I went to look for apartment and I was so frustrated 🥴 because I have view so many and I has so mad with the heat in Houston I ended on this apartments Madison and the girl in the office ,was so nice showed me different apartments ,she take her time to showe me each one ,2 x 2 are so big and I'm planning to move here next month thank you Ana for your time and dedication I will see you next week .

Highly don’t recommend these. These new owners are bad people and are racking up lawsuits.

Horrible, bugs everywhere. Maintenance crew has never solved my problems of termites in the wall, roaches in the kitchen (that have just gotten bigger), roaches in the restroom and walk ledges because there's no caulking. Noseeums everywhere. The foundation is pretty bad as well. The review I posted above was from five months previous to this one. I wanted to come back and say that although there has been a few bug issues, they've gone down. Maintenance is actually very helpful. Overall, the space you get for the price your paying is wonderful.

Do not believe ANYTHING that the leasing agents says. I would advise you not to move here. The prositutes, drug dealers, crack heads, hearing domestic violence and lack of communication and no assistance from office. If you look at an apartment and you see repairs that need to be done and your told it will be repaired or replaced after the lease is signed - IT WON'T. The leasing office will add late charges without notifying you and the leasing office does not honor all renewal repairs and lease charge you for services you aren't receiving. The only word you should believe is the MY HONEST REVIEW!!!
