Lived there 2 years and was unimpressed. Zero communication between management and residents, place is poorly run at best.
Infested with drug addicts, dealers and illegals. Lived here for 4 years and it has honestly been the worse place I've lived. The drama is out of control. The manager does nothing about the drug problems. Police are here weekly. Tons of kids, I just feel bad for them. Apartments have cockroaches, and fall apart easily. This place should just be torn down! I know it's breaking multiple laws. Not somewhere to raise your kids AT ALL. There's also pedophiles that are aloud to not sign the lease and be people's roommate's. It's a disgusting habitat. Tons of felons not on the lease. Fields have a MAJOR flea problem, as to why half the animals here are missing patches of fur. This place needs multiple CPS calls, a drug raid and ICE. Nobody should live like this. My cousin also lived here and move
Food bank on wednesdays @ noon. Great people in apt 20 who turns no one away. Love going there. Far as the renting no clue
