Madera Apartments

If I could add a zero I would. The first months I was living here I had a great experience . Completely calm. These past two months months the new property manager Sofia has made it so hard to stay here, it wouldn’t be right for me to recommend it to anyone with the experience I’ve had . Also, it’s extremely dirty. Crazy they market them as luxury but trash looks like this daily

This is a peaceful retreat a few minutes away from the main fairway. The community here is great for family’s and professionals who seek comfort and modern amenities. There is a wonderful playground, a well-equipped gym and yoga area, community lounge, pool, and playing field. The mailboxes are centrally located and having a covered parking spot is a bonus. We have been here for two months and enjoy the serenity. We have always felt safe. The views of the mountains are always breathtaking. Although construction is on-going it has never been an inconvenience.

I had an amazing visit to Madera apartment, I loved the place, the amenities specially the swimming pool 😍, I liked the fact that is isolated from stores or other places that can potentially attract unwanted visitors, if you know what I mean. Sheila was amazing as well, she explained every single question which were a lot and she did it with professionalism and excelente attitude, she made me feel welcome and because of all that I decided that I’ll move to Madera apartments as soon as possible!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Moved in in May this year and from day one have had nothing but problems! Bugs even though they claimed they sprayed. Broken stove, took them months to get it fixed. Washer spewing out hot water even on the cold setting. Again took months to get fixed. Don't dare think about using the outlets cause you'll blow the circuit breaker frequently. Gaps in the doors so you can guarantee that your electric bill will be extremely high. One bedroom the vent works great. But in the master forget it. No heat or air conditioning that's functional in that room! Icing on the cake; first snow amd below temps and the heater blows cold air. Oh they provide an emergency contact but make sure you call 10 times and leave 3 messages before you get a response. I have pets and my eld
